Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs, operating baking equipment, following recipes and storage guidelines.
• Wrap, label, and store merchandise per company policies; ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Leverage handheld technology to support production decisions, ordering and product quality with members in mind.
