Job summary

85C Bakery Cafe in Lynnwood, WA is hiring for Back of House roles (Baker and Bread Separator). Roles are full-time or part-time; high school diploma required; weekend availability is a must; must be 18+; hourly pay is $20.00–$20.50. Health compliance and ServSafe certification are expected.

Responsibilities include decorating baked goods, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily baking operations. Teamwork and adherence to policies are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Fast-food or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY.

Responsibilities

• Decorate quality 85C baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations, including but not limited to separating, filling and baking.
• Teamwork, follow direction, and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85°C standards, completing designated tasks perfectly.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Be willing to work hard and enjoy the work environment.
• Cross‑train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
