How you’ll make the difference
Our bakeries are hubs of comfort and happiness within our stores. As a member of our Bakery Department, you'll work with a talented team responsible for producing and packaging breads, bagels, sweet treats, and other baked goods that brighten our customers’ days. Work Environment: The physical demands are classified as medium to heavy, including walking, standing for up to 4 hours, repetitive hand and arm movements, occasional heavy lifting (up to 50+ pounds with assistance), bending, reaching, and continuous customer and coworker interaction in a fast-paced setting. Exposure to cold (33–55°F), freezing (-20–20°F), and hot (>85°F) environments is possible. Tools used include baking utensils and equipment, ovens, and other standard kitchen tools.
Qualifications include collective customer service experience, preferably in food service, grocery, or retail settings, and experience working in a bakery.
