Job summary

Sheetz Bakery in Findlay, Ohio, is seeking a motivated production teammate to support daily bakery operations. You will rotate through stations such as mixing, icing, dipping, decorating, and packaging to keep products flowing safely and efficiently.

You will operate mixers, ovens, depositors, and other equipment, maintain cleanliness and labeling accuracy, and help with palletizing as orders move through the line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• No experience required.
• Foodservice or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep the product flowing by running production equipment like mixers, ovens, cutters, depositors, and more to keep products flowing.
• Put the finishing touches on our baked goods – filling, icing, dipping, and decorating to perfection.
• Handle the behind-the-scenes tasks: traying, panning, stacking, packaging, labeling, and palletizing products as they move through the process.
• Move racks and trays of fresh product around the bakery to keep things rolling.
• Stay on top of the details with labeling, time sheets, safety checks.
• Keep things fresh and clean by sanitizing equipment and work areas.
• Rotate through different bakery roles to support the team wherever needed.
• Use RF scanners and assist with order selection to keep operations running smoothly

Overview

This position offers a base hourly wage of $17.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

Your day-to-day will be busy (in the best way!) as you rotate through different stations: mixing, icing, dipping, decorating, stacking, packaging – you name it. You’ll use state-of-the-art equipment, keep things safe and clean, and make sure every product looks and tastes amazing.
