Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand up to 6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and develop team members to meet goals in sales, speed, and guest experience.
• Interview and select team members.
• Train the team in food safety standards.
• Build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
• Ensure guests receive high-quality food and service.
