Job summary

Panera is seeking an Assistant Manager in Florham Park, NJ to join the bakery-cafe leadership team. You will help run shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, coach staff, ensure food safety, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. A ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
