Responsibilities

• Interview, select and train Team Members; direct the work of Team Members; appraise productivity for promotions.
• Handle Team Member issues including complaints; discipline Team Members; plan and assign work.
• Ensure safety and security of Team Members and the store; manage department budget and inventory; monitor compliance.
