Job summary

Qualifications

• 24+ months retail experience including 12+ months of team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Builds a positive work environment and high morale.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions.
• Monitors and achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Maintains product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Establishes collaborative relationships with department leaders and vendors.
• Keeps abreast of competitors and industry trends.

• Directs staff to meet customer needs and questions promptly.
