99 Ranch Market in Quincy, MA is seeking a Bakery Supervisor to lead daily bakery operations. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, ensure freshness and quality, and manage inventory, pricing, and displays.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in bakery/retail, at least 1 year in a lead role, and are able to work weekends and lifting up to 25 lbs in a cold environment. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, or retail systems.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish preferred but not required.

We are seeking the following position:

• Bakery Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily bakery department operations and employees.

Train, coach, mentor, and support bakery team members.

Prepare employee schedules and monitor attendance.

Ensure product freshness, quality, presentation, and availability.

Manage ordering, inventory, product rotation, waste, and shrink.

Receive and verify bakery products, ingredients, packaging, and supplies.

Required Qualifications:

At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

2+ years of bakery, grocery, food-service, or related retail experience.

1+ year of lead or supervisory experience.

Available to work weekends and holidays.

Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 lbs.

Able to work in freezer, cooler, and varying-temperature environments.

Able to travel to nearby stores occasionally for training or operational support.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ordering or inventory systems.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, or retail systems.

Food-safety training/certification.

Bilingual English and Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish preferred but not required.
