Job summary

Lunds & Byerlys Navarre in Minnesota is hiring a vibrant and outgoing full-time Bakery Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This position offers a full-time schedule with a competitive wage of $21.50-$24.50 per hour and availability around the hours of 5:30am to 1:30pm.

We operate 7 days a week, open from 6:00am to 10:00pm, and are looking for someone who enjoys leading a friendly, guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or food service experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with bakery purchases.
• Stock and rotate pastries, confections and other bakery products.
• Assist the manager in coaching, training, mentoring and leading staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized department.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 5:30am - 1:30pm.

BAKERY SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Bakery Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers with bakery purchases
• Stocking and rotating pastries, confections and other bakery products
• Assisting the manager in coaching, training, mentoring, and leading staff to accomplish department and personal goals
• Maintaining a clean department
