85°C Bakery Cafe in Lynnwood, WA is hiring for Store Management Team Members. This full-time role requires leadership in fast-paced food service, with hourly wages between $21.00 and $21.50.

Candidates should have at least two years of leadership experience in fast food or similar, plus strong organizational and communication skills. Your responsibilities include supervising shifts, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality and safety standards, managing inventory, and participating in store

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations at leadership level.
• Strong organizational, communications and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores.
• Ensure all employees take breaks on time.
• Organize and supervise the employee shifts.
• Participate in management and personnel meetings.
• Check stock levels and keep note of supplies.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Additional duties at store when circumstances dictate.
