Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare PPE and supplies.
• Assemble, mix ingredients, bake goods, and place on trays and racks.
• Package, label, and display baked goods; keep cases clean and stocked.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces and equipment, and track losses.
