• Reviews records to ensure efficient use of time and materials.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
• Trains and develops production staff and enforces company policies.
• Oversees safety programs and adherence to quality standards.
• Possibly operates the facility metal detector with proper training.
