Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Sanitation Associate to uphold high sanitation standards across our production areas. You will disassemble and reassemble equipment, operate cleaning machinery, and ensure compliance with SSOP and Food Quality Plans.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50lbs, stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and assemble equipment for cleaning and set up line equipment prior to production.
• Safely operate sanitation equipment, including rack washer, power washer, steamer, and dryers.
• Follow SSOP and Food Quality Plans to maintain sanitation standards.
