Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA in Houston is hiring a Sanitation Associate (Part Time) to support high-quality sanitation in production areas. You will disassemble and assemble equipment for cleaning, set up line equipment before production runs, and operate cleaning machinery safely, following SSOP and Food Quality Plans.

You must be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 50 lbs, communicate in English, and be comfortable in a warm environment. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Comfortable working in a warm environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and assemble equipment for cleaning.
• Set up line equipment prior to production runs.
• Safely operate equipment and machines used in cleaning (rack washer, power washer, steamer, washer extractors, dryers).
• Follow SSOP and Food Quality Plans.
