Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Sanitation Associate in the Houston area. You will help maintain high sanitation standards by disassembling and assembling equipment and preparing cleaning lines for production runs.

You must be at least 18, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to communicate in English. Night, weekend and holiday availability is required. First shift starts at 5am, with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan.

Responsibilities

• The Sanitation Associate is responsible for duties to ensure high quality sanitation standards.
• Disassemble and assemble equipment for proper cleaning; set up line equipment before production run.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment (rack washer, power washer, steamer, washer extractors and dryers).
• Follow SSOP and Food Quality Plans.
