The role requires independent work, detail orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. A high school education or equivalent, plus experience with hand-held tools, is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent or two years of relevant experience.
• Able to disassemble equipment and reassemble it.
• Experience/knowledge of operating hand-held tools.
• Strong attention to detail.”

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning and sanitation.
• Scrub, sweep, and wash bakery equipment to maintain cleanliness.
• Run tests on surfaces for microbial contamination and ensure sanitation standards.
