Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing department operations to meet financial and sales goals.
• Build associate and customer relations and promote Hannaford Strategy.
• Support merchandising and sales growth through effective techniques.
• Assist in hiring, training and developing associates to meet department needs.
• Ensure department standards in appearance, safety and food safety are upheld.
• Coordinate schedules and maintain production and customer service levels.
