Job summary

Collin Street Bakery is seeking a Bakeshop Sales Associate to greet customers, fill orders, package items, and operate the cash register in a busy bakery shop.

You will maintain the dining area, keep displays appealing, answer questions about products, and ensure sanitary handling of all bakery items while delivering friendly service.

Weekend availability and both morning and afternoon shifts are required, with pay based on experience. Prior retail or food service/cashier experience is preferred.

• Our most successful candidates have experience in Retail Sales at Grocery Stores and/or Supermarkets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with orders.
• Fill customers' orders and package items appropriately.
• Use the cash register and count back change.
• Maintain the dining room to established cleanliness standards.
• Serve food to dine-in customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Arrange baked goods in an appealing way and answer product questions.
• Handle all bakery products in accordance with sanitary handling procedures.
