Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with HACCP, SQF, or GFSI standards is a significant asset.
Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite (specifically Excel for data tracking).
Responsibilities
Conduct regular checks on production line for weights, temperatures, pH levels, and moisture content.
Perform organoleptic testing to ensure product consistency.
Collect and prepare samples for microbiological and chemical testing.
Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and facility audits for cleanliness.
Monitor Critical Control Points and maintain accurate food safety documentation.
Manage the 'Hold' process for non-conforming products.
