We are seeking Bakery Production Workers to join our hardworking and fast-paced team. Responsibilities include assisting in various tasks related to the production of bakery products, following SQF Food Safety procedures. Job duties may vary daily based on production needs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as grasping, lifting, moving, and stacking items related to production
• Identify, count, sort, and visually inspect bakery items
• Record product analysis data or counts as required by SQF Food Safety Procedures
• Maintain workflow from production conveyors
• Work safely at all times
• Support and adhere to Franz's core values
• Perform related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Shift & hours: Employees may be assigned to any day (Monday through Sunday) and any shift (Day, Swing, or Graveyard) based on production needs, with schedules determined through the union bid process.
• Previous experience in similar production roles at large or artisan bakeries is preferred.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production-line environments may be considered.
• Ability to work in high-temperature environments supporting fast-paced machinery.
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks and work flexibly in different roles.
• Availability to work any day, including holidays, and any shift.
• Reliable attendance is required for our 24/7 production facility.
• Must join the union within 30 days of hire.
• Adherence to company core values.
