Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our bakery production team. As a Bakery Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating equipment, preparing dough, and assisting in the production of high-quality baked goods. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow recipes and procedures, and a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mixers, dividers, sheeters, and other dough production equipment safely and efficiently
• Scale and mix ingredients according to company recipes and production guidelines
• Monitor dough consistency, temperature, and fermentation process
• Assist in shaping, proofing, and preparing dough for baking or freezing
• Perform visual quality checks throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with GMP and food safety standards
• Accurately complete production logs and documentation
• Support machine setup, changeovers, and routine maintenance
• Follow all company safety procedures and participate in safety training
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in hot or cold environments
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
