Job summary

Aramark Bakery is seeking a Bakery Production Worker to support daily bakery operations in Crossville, TN. The role rotates through filling, wrapping, packaging, quality checks, and sanitation on a busy production line.

You will follow strict food safety and safety standards, maintain clean work areas, and uphold quality while coordinating with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bakery production, food manufacturing, warehouse production, packaging, or a related production line role preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery production methods, food production standards, and quality control processes preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling, sanitation, and storage practices preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills for production, packaging, and inventory tasks
• Requires repetitive motion with hands and arms
• Requires ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors a continuous bakery production line in a food manufacturing environment
• Rotates among production duties including filler machine operation, wrapper machine operation, packing boxes, stacking boxes, and packaging finished bakery products
• Visually inspects bakery products for quality, quantity, packaging accuracy, and overall product standards
• Reports all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager in a timely manner
• Understands and follows all workplace safety, food safety, sanitation, and production procedures that apply to daily operations
• Maintains a safe and clean environment by following all safety policies and procedures
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark, OSHA, food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling policies and procedures
• Ensures security of company and client assets

The Bakery Production Worker supports daily bakery production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role rotates through filling, wrapping, packaging, quality inspection, sanitation, and production line support while following food safety, workplace safety, and quality standards.

Compensation for this Role od $19.14 to $20.26 per hour

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
