Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Bakery Production Worker to support daily bakery production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Crossville, Tennessee. The role rotates through filling, wrapping, packaging, quality inspection, sanitation, and line support, following food safety and workplace safety standards.

Competitive hourly pay between $19.14 and $20.26, with opportunities to learn and grow in a team-focused environment. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bakery production, food manufacturing, warehouse production, packaging, or a related production line role preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery production methods, food production standards, and quality control processes preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling, sanitation, and storage practices preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills for production, packaging, and inventory tasks.
• Requires repetitive motion with hands and arms.
• Requires ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors a continuous bakery production line in a food manufacturing environment
• Rotates among production duties including filler machine operation, wrapper machine operation, packing boxes, stacking boxes, and packaging finished bakery products
• Visually inspects bakery products for quality, quantity, packaging accuracy, and overall product standards
• Reports all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager in a timely manner
• Understands and follows all workplace safety, food safety, sanitation, and production procedures that apply to daily operations
• Maintains a safe and clean environment by following all safety policies and procedures
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark, OSHA, food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling policies and procedures
• Ensures security of company and client assets
