Qualifications

• Two or more years of related production experience.
• High School diploma or equivalency plus technical certification training (e.g., HVAC, auto maintenance).
• Equivalent military training or 45 college credits may substitute for training.

Responsibilities

• Check production work schedules and assign tasks.
• Operate and monitor automated production equipment.
• Perform start-up/shut-down sanitation and light maintenance on machinery.
• Ensure clean, organized work areas and adherence to safety rules.
• Monitor production schedules, formulas, and ingredient weights.
• Maintain proper containment and labeling of products for quality control.
• Support team with breaks and collaborative tasks as needed.
