Job Overview

Performs functions related to preparation, counter service, and stocking of bakery products. Responsibilities include decorating and finishing cakes and pies. All team members must provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service, maintain store standards, and support health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality breads and pastries.
  • Prepare doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, and bars.
  • Bake, cool, wrap, and label products.
  • Stock dry goods and develop new recipes and techniques.
  • Train staff, plan production for events, and maintain system records.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handle queries, and promote sales.
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; perform opening, mid, and closing duties.
  • Report hazards and perform other assigned duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
