Responsibilities

• Reviews records to optimize time/material use; inspects product quality.
• Maintains equipment in good operating condition.
• Promotes teamwork and interdepartmental communication.
• Enforces safety policies and conducts safety meetings.
• Plans and adjusts production staffing across shifts.
• Operates metal detector(s) if certified.
• Ensures compliance with work rules.
• Assists with employee training.
• Participates in disciplinary actions as needed.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Fulfills other duties as assigned.
