We are currently hiring a Bakery Production Supervisor at Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road. This position is ideal for a self-directed and outgoing individual who can help us maintain a high-quality production environment. It is a full-time role with a competitive salary ranging from $68,000 to $92,000.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and coaching staff to meet goals
• Hiring, training, and evaluating employees
• Managing labor and production schedules
• Training staff on equipment use
• Overseeing changeovers to meet regulatory standards
• Ensuring compliance with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB, SQF, and others
• Maintaining HACCP compliance, including record-keeping
• Monitoring shrink and ensuring GMP standards
