99 Ranch Market is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the food production line, lead a team, and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards. You will train and support workers, monitor processes, and coordinate with maintenance and quality control to sustain output.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of food safety procedures. English proficiency is essential; bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in food science or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years in food production or related role.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other production software.

  • Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks that may hinder production efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and implement proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address production-related concerns.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with procurement to ensure sufficient supply of raw materials.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
  • Foster a positive and safe working environment, promoting teamwork and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements
  • This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.
Working Conditions
  • This job is performed in a production environment that may have exposure to heat, noise, and other environmental factors associated with food production.

  • Monday - Saturday, 10am-5pm
