Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Bakery is seeking a Bakery Production Worker to create dessert items, bake from scratch, and assemble cakes for our menus. You will deposit, layer, decorate, and pack cakes on-site in our dedicated bakery facilities.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with strict SOPs, ensuring high-quality product and safety standards are met. The role includes physical work in hot and cold settings and eligibility for retention bonuses and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to work Monday – Saturday.
• Flexible to work overtime if needed.
• Ability to lift 10+ pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to read, understand and follow specifications in English.

Responsibilities

• Depositing: perform depositing and baking preparation on the production line per SOPs.
• Prepare pans and inserts for baking depositing.
• Insert pan collars and liners as required by baking process.
• Ensure proper deposition of crumb materials and batters into pans.
• Ensure correct add-ins are incorporated per cake specifications.
