Job summary

Crown Bakeries is hiring a Production Associate to oversee a busy baking line and help produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications. You will assist in line startups, troubleshoot line stops, and work to maintain safety and efficiency on the production floor.

You will need to follow GMP and food safety standards, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a noisy environment. This role focuses on maintaining product quality and supporting continuous production in a fast-paced bakery

Qualifications

• Follow GMP, food safety and quality policies.
• Report food safety incidents such as GMP violations or contamination.
• Willing to acquire a wide variety of skills to assist the team.
