Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of bakery products to meet production schedules.
• Follow GMPs and company codes of excellence.
• Read and follow production schedules and load sheets for proper makeup and distribution.
• Operate or oversee equipment used for product makeup, icing, filling, packaging and distribution.
• Record lot codes and maintain accurate production records.
