Responsibilities include mixing, shaping, baking, wrapping, stocking, quality control, sanitation, and providing exceptional customer service. This role supports daily production lists and stock management.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial production preferred
• The ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery/production environment

Responsibilities

• Mixing, shaping, baking, wrapping and stocking of products
• Ensures quality control of all product before sending to sales floor
• Maintains sanitation in the department
• Reads and executes daily production list
• Provides customer service as required such as answering questions and taking orders on the phone
• Monitors quality of goods and shrink
• Orders and receives products and supplies
• Preps, wraps, prices, sells, and stocks products continuously
• Provides samples for self-serve and demonstrates products
