Responsibilities

• Operate bakery production and packaging lines safely and efficiently.
• Operate and learn to use production and packaging equipment.
• Package finished bakery products accurately while maintaining quality standards.
• Pick, prepare, and organize finished products for customer orders and shipment.
• Palletize finished products for storage and delivery.
• Assist with daily production activities and support smooth line operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Remove trash and perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, production standards, and work instructions.
• Work collaboratively with team members and provide assistance wherever needed.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
