Manpower in Ashland, OH seeks a Bakery Production Associate to support daily manufacturing operations on all shifts. You will rotate through production positions to ensure smooth workflow, quality products, and safe plant operations while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, packaging checks, palletizing, and assisting teammates. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, read and write English, and adapt to a fast-paced team environment with safety

Formación

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• High attention to safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Capable of rotating tasks in a fast-paced line.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove damaged items and properly store or dispose of them.
• Perform visual checks of packaging for accuracy and date codes.
• Stack cartons or trays onto pallets using proper patterns.
• Operate pallet jacks to move finished goods safely.
• Assist operators and other staff to maintain line efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and work areas per GMP and safety rules.
• Follow JSAs and plant policies, and communicate shifts clearly.
• Support cross-training and report safety or quality issues.
