Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to rotate tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove damaged or defective products and materials.
• Perform visual inspections of packaging for accuracy and seal integrity.
• Stack cartons or trays onto pallets using proper patterns.
• Safely operate pallet jacks to move finished goods.
• Assist production staff to maintain line efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and work areas per GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Follow JSAs and plant policies.
