Job summary

Sara Lee Frozen Bakery is hiring a Production - Process Support Specialist (Line Leader) to guide production and packaging lines across all shifts. You will support the Operations Supervisor, manage routine checks, and ensure accurate ERP data entry for ingredients and production activities. The role requires leading teams, following FDA and quality controls, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year or more leading workplace teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass urinalysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead production/packaging lines under supervision.
• Maintain production data and ingredient records in ERP.
• Set up and clean equipment at shift start/end.
• Coordinate team rotations and break schedules; communicate changes.
• Report equipment, ingredient or personnel issues to management; support lean activities.
