• Experience in bakery, food production, or packaging preferred.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills; safety-focused.

• Background in manufacturing or food production with safety awareness.
• Comfortable using data to monitor performance and trends.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing equipment and packing hall positions, including start-up checks.
• Verify code dates and correct packaging.
• Enter paperwork and maintain shift records.
• Enforce food safety and quality programs.
• Train, coach, and support employees to perform their roles.
• Drive production targets and minimize scrap.
• Coordinate with maintenance on equipment issues.
• Lead the shift and communicate between departments.
• Monitor hourly shift efficiencies and implement improvements.
• Manage shift staffing and assignments.
• Conduct incident investigations and apply corrective actions.
