Job summary

Harris Teeter in Cornelius, NC is seeking a full-time associate to bake products to approved standards and to process, package, stock Fresh Foods items, and keep work areas clean while delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and/or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English.
• Able to write simple correspondence in English.

Responsibilities

• Bake products to Fresh Foods standards.
• Process, package, and stock Fresh Foods items.
• Maintain clean work areas and assist with unloading stock and reloading salvage.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Assist team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
