The position offers training, teamwork, and stability in a manufacturing setting. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to rotate tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove damaged items and store or dispose of them correctly.
• Perform visual checks of packaging for accuracy, seal integrity, and date codes.
• Stack cartons or trays on pallets using proper patterns.
• Safely operate pallet jacks to move finished goods.
• Assist other production staff to maintain line efficiency.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean per GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Follow JSAs and plant policies including food safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Cross-train to support flexibility across production areas.
• Identify and report safety, quality, or productivity issues for improvements.
• Perform additional duties as needed to meet operations.
