Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to rotate tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products continuously to ensure all quality standards are met.
• Remove damaged or defective products and store or dispose of them properly.
• Perform visual inspections of packaging for accuracy, seal integrity, and date codes.
• Stack cartons or trays onto pallets/skids using proper patterns.
• Safely operate pallet jacks to move finished goods.
• Assist operators, utilities, and other staff to maintain line efficiency.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas per GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Follow all JSAs, plant policies, and food safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and leadership for smooth shift transitions.
• Participate in cross-training to support flexibility across production areas.
• Identify and report safety, quality, or productivity issues for continuous improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
