Job summary

Graziano's Group in Coral Gables is seeking a bakery production associate to support daily operations. You will follow recipes, monitor ovens, adjust temperatures, measure ingredients, and help with mixing, shaping, and decorating baked goods.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to stand long hours, and able to work nights and weekends. Prior food safety coursework is preferred; full-time, on-site position with opportunities to contribute to recipe development and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and follow directions.
• Ability to follow safety rules and guidelines throughout the kitchen and restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Observe color of baked goods and adjust ovens/humidity/conveyor speeds.
• Set oven temps and place items into hot ovens for baking.
• Mix ingredients in bowls using mixing/blending or cooking machinery.
• Measure or weigh flour and ingredients for batters, dough, fillings, icings.
• Roll, knead, shape dough for rolls, crusts, or cookies.
• Place dough in pans and bake in production ovens or on grills.
• Check raw materials quality to meet standards.
• Adjust ingredient quantities to match batch size.
• Apply glazes and toppings with spatulas or brushes.
• Check equipment for health and safety; clean as needed.
• Decorate baked goods and develop recipes.
• Maintain inventory/production records.
• Coordinate bakery deliveries and order supplies.
