Responsabilités

• Prepare dessert items according to production requirements and Magnolia quality standards.
• Follow recipes, prep, portion and label ingredients.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment (mixers, choppers, etc.).
• Maintain a sanitary, safe work environment and stock prep areas.
• Assist back-of-house staff as needed.
• Report stock levels and shortages to the Kitchen Manager.
