Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greets customers when within ten feet and four seconds of contact.
• Reads and prices products for customers.
• Skillfully proofs and bakes bakery items for display.
• Decorates and finishes cakes, pies, and desserts.
• Neatly writes on cakes upon customer requests.
• Uses a 20qt mixer to prepare fillings and frostings.
• Conducts floor checks, ensures shelves are stocked and products rotated.
• Cleans department tools and area.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
