Job summary

Sam's Club in Philadelphia is seeking a Bakery/Packager team member to assist members by preparing bakery items, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure freshness. You’ll juggle multiple tasks and keep a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced club environment.

You will operate baking equipment, maintain sanitation and inventory, and use digital tools to support production decisions and improve the shopping experience for members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Focus on customer service and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with associates to support bakery operations and assist members.
• Be an Expert: Prepare merchandise per production needs, follow recipes, wrap, label, and store items per procedures.
• Be a Techie: Use handheld devices to assist production decisions and improve shopping experience.
• Be an Owner: Maintain clean work area, ensure quality and proper packaging, and protect fragile items.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Represent the department with energy and service, supporting high standards.
