Responsibilities

• Collaborate with associates to build a bakery team and communicate across the department.
• Prepare bakery items based on daily production needs; follow recipes and packaging guidelines.
• Wrap, label, and store merchandise; ensure proper dating and storage.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards and inventory controls.
• Operate and sanitize baking equipment as required.
• Utilize handheld technology to support production decisions and improve the shopping experience.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and respond to questions promptly.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
• Model high quality service and maintain a positive team attitude.
