You will work with a team to prepare daily production, operate baking equipment, and use handheld technology to support inventory, product quality, and customer service. This role requires standing for long periods and a willingness to work in a fast-paced club environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicating with the team; flexible to needs of business to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; following recipes; wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise; ensuring food safety standards and inventory management.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; supports production decisions and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: Maintains quality and date controls; secures fragile merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures packaging and labeling are correct.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and the club by delivering high-quality service and products; exhibits energy and commitment.
