Sam's Club in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Bakery/Packager associate to prepare fresh baked items daily, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure the freshest items for members. You will juggle tasks quickly while helping members with bakery orders in a fast-paced setting.

You will be a Team Member, Expert, Techie, and Owner, collaborating with the bakery team, leveraging digital tools, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicate with team members; adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: prepare bakery items per daily production, wrap, label, store merchandise per policies; ensure food safety and inventory control; operate and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: use handheld tech to drive sales and improve shopping experiences; assist with product quality decisions.
• Be an Owner: maintain clean work area and ensure date control and proper packaging and labeling of bakery items.
