• Be an Expert: Prepares bakery department merchandise by following recipes and making up instructions; wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise; ensure food safety standards and inventory control.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; utilize handheld devices for production decisions, ordering, and training.
• Be an Owner: Maintains work area per policies; ensure quality and date control; secure fragile items; assist members with purchases; proper packaging and labeling.
