Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Bakery/Packager to help prepare fresh baked items daily for our members at the Saint Joseph, MO club. You will follow recipes, wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure the freshest products for members to take home.

The role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and provide exceptional customer service to members throughout the club. Join a large team focused on delivering happiness to our members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicate with team members and adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: Prepare bakery items following recipes; wrap, label, and store merchandise per policies; ensure food safety and inventory standards.
• Be a Techie: Use handheld devices to support production, ordering, training, and quality with members in mind.
• Be an Owner: Maintain clean work areas, ensure date control and proper packaging for items; prevent waste and assist members with purchases.
